Samhain-inspired candlelight session of gentle yoga flow followed by a crystal sound bath meditation, led by Lesley-Ann Yoga.
Lesley-Ann Yoga is running a Halloween special at Ullet Road Church on Wednesday 28 October, from 6pm to 7pm. It's a Samhain-inspired session held in the gothic church, framed as a mid-week reset for the nervous system: move the body and slow the mind as the nights grow darker.
The hour is split into two parts. The first 35 to 40 minutes are a gentle yoga flow, followed by 20 to 25 minutes of crystal sound bath meditation, with the whole thing run by candlelight. The room is open to all levels and abilities, so you don't need to be a regular on the mat to join in.
Lesley-Ann is an experienced yoga, meditation and sound healing facilitator who runs yoga retreats across the UK, regular workshops and Rooftop Yoga events, and teaches at David Lloyd gyms. This session sits alongside her usual work, brought to the church for a one-off evening.
