Heart-centred afternoon of ceremonial cacao, guided sacred movement, conscious connective breathwork and a sound bath presented by The Beacon Wellness.
The Beacon Wellness are hosting a cacao ceremony at Ullet Road Church on Sunday 1 November, from 4pm to 7pm. It's a three-hour session that they describe as a heart-centred journey of connection, grounding and deep inner listening, and it's built around four distinct stages that move from the social and active into the quiet and still.
It starts with a heart-opening ceremonial cacao ceremony, intended to help you slow down and arrive in the present. From there, it moves into guided sacred movement, where the body is encouraged to soften and express itself without judgement. That opens up into conscious connective breathwork as a pathway to deeper awareness, and the whole thing rests with a nourishing sound bath to surrender and integrate. The session is summed up with the tagline: 'Come to move. Come to breathe. Come to receive.'
