Halloween night for kids and tweens ages 7 to 14 with the museum's haunted house, laser tag, a silent disco, glow golf and outdoor games.
Twilight Fright takes over The Children's Museum of Indianapolis on Saturday, October 24, from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM. It's the museum's Halloween night for kids and tweens ages 7 to 14, and the whole thing happens outdoors in the Riley Children's Health Sports Legends Experience.
The night centers on a walk through the Children's Museum Guild's 62nd annual Haunted House, Fright Academy, which runs during Frightening Hours. Around that, they've strung together a bunch of outdoor activities: laser tag by Hoosier Game Hut, a silent disco by Silent Events, and glow golf by First Tee Indiana. There are also outdoor sports games and challenges to work through, and a School of Rock band playing throughout the evening.
Food is handled by Papa John's and Kona Ice, with pizza, chicken fingers, and soft drinks on hand. The combination of the haunted house and the outdoor activities is what defines the night, and it's geared toward the 7-to-14 age group.
