Public sessions offering weekly insights into mental health tools for balance and moral character, held near the Canal playground.
Queens Slay & Kings Conquer Through SPEEM and TWTH kicks off this Sunday, October 18, near the playground on the Canal in Indianapolis. It's a public series that runs over three Sundays—October 18, October 25, and November 1—so you can drop in for one or stick with it for the whole stretch.
Each session runs from 1 PM to 5 PM, and they're open to anyone. The focus is on mental health tools you can actually use to find a bit more balance in your day-to-day, paired with happiness precepts that they describe as promoting good morality and good character for all people. It's less of a one-off talk and more of a weekly thing, with new insights coming each Sunday.
Because it's a series, you don't have to commit to all three dates to get something out of it. If you can only make one, that works; if you want to see how the different tools build on each other, you've got three afternoons to work with. The sessions are held outdoors near the Canal playground, so it's a pretty casual, open-air setting.
