Interactive self-care workshop led by Brittany Wayman of Soul Care Coaching to explore how soul care connects to mental, emotional and physical well-being.
Brittany Wayman of Soul Care Coaching leads an introductory self-care workshop, Intro to Soul Care, at the Warren Branch of The Indianapolis Public Library on Saturday, October 31. It runs from 1 PM to 3 PM.
Wayman frames the session around a central question: what does it actually mean to care for your soul, and how does that tie into your mental, emotional, and physical well-being? It's not just a talk; the workshop is interactive. You'll spend time practicing simple ways of tending to your inner life and reflecting on how those practices fit into your daily rhythms, so you walk away with practical tools to keep going on your own. The session is aimed at adults.
There are a couple of library-specific things to keep in mind. Registration opens on the day of the event, Saturday, October 31, at 11 AM. You'll also get a supporting book list from library staff to take home. The workshop is made possible by Friends of the Library through gifts to The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation.
