Two-part career workshop series led by Beverly Barr of Raise the BARR at the Pike Branch of the Indianapolis Public Library.
Career Charting - Career by Design is a two-part workshop series coming to the Pike Branch library in Indianapolis this November. It's not a one-off session; you'll want to clear two Saturday afternoons to get the full picture. Part 1 runs on Saturday, November 7, from 2 to 4 PM, and Part 2 follows a week later on Saturday, November 14, also from 2 to 4 PM.
Leading the series is Beverly Barr, the founder of Raise the BARR, Coaching & Consulting, LLC. She's the one bringing her coaching and consulting background to the table, so the sessions are built around her professional experience in career guidance rather than just a general presentation. The whole thing is made possible by the Indianapolis Public Library Foundation, which is why it's hosted at the library.
Since it's a two-part series, the sessions build on each other. You'll spend two hours on the first Saturday and another two on the second, so it's more of a working process than a single lecture. If you're thinking about where you want to take your career, this is the kind of thing that gives you a bit of structure to work with.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in Indianapolis and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.
