Members-only preview night of Galaxy Lights, Houston's space-themed holiday light show at Space Center Houston.
Galaxy Lights, presented by Wellby Financial, is back at Space Center Houston for its seventh year, and the members preview night kicks things off on Friday, November 13, from 6 PM to 10 PM. The show turns the official visitor center of NASA Johnson Space Center into a walk-through light experience that blends holiday magic with the city's legacy of innovation and exploration. It's billed as Texas' largest space-themed light show, and this year adds a new ice slide to the mix.
If you've been before, you know the drill: it's a walk-through, not a seated show, so you'll be on your feet for the whole thing. The organizers suggest allowing about 90 minutes to take it all in. For those who need it, the center also runs sensory-friendly nights throughout the season.
This particular night is for members only and requires registration. Members get an exclusive discount, and there's an option for non-members to join and save as part of the process. If you're already a member, it's your chance to get in before the general public. If you aren't, you can sign up and still get in on the preview.
