Troy Hawke returns to the stage with his new comedy show Never Stop, Never Change! following a sell-out world tour.
Troy Hawke is back at The Pavilion Theatre on Thursday 18 March 2027, with his new comedy show Never Stop, Never Change!. It comes after a sell-out world tour, so he's returning to the stage with fresh material rather than a repeat of the old run.
The show is built around Hawke navigating conversational minefields both online and in real life. He spends the hour dealing with angry security guards, barked compliments and crossed wires β the kind of awkward, slightly off-kilter interactions that usually make most of us want to walk away, but that he leans into instead. If you've seen him before, you'll know the comedy comes from the character he plays, and this one is no different.
For those who haven't caught him yet, Hawke bills himself as a matinee idol born in the wrong era. The character's backstory is a good part of the joke: he was homeschooled by his elderly mother for most of his life and has only recently emerged into a modern-day dystopian present with the naivety of a newborn fawn. It's that gap between his old-fashioned sensibilities and the world we actually live in that drives the satire. Chortle.co.uk called him 'undeniably funny', and BroadwayBaby.com described the work as 'intelligent and effective satire ... a character of real comic integrity'.

It's a solo show, so it's just Hawke on stage for the full set. The Pavilion Theatre is at 121 Renfield Street in the city centre, and the performance starts at 7:30pm on Thursday 18 March.
