Stand-up show by Glasgow comedian Stuart Mitchell, billed as Scotland's 'banter capital', at the historic Pavilion Theatre.
Stuart Mitchell is back at The Pavilion Theatre on Sunday 8 November, with Stuart Mitchell's Patter running for about an hour and a half with a 15-minute interval. He's not alone on the bill, either — there'll be a special guest from the Scottish comedy scene opening the night.
If you've come across him online, you'll know the name. He's a Glasgow comedian and Radio 4 funny man who's gathered more than 100 million views on TikTok, and he's been tipped as one of the country's eight comedy wonders. He's billed as Scotland's 'banter capital', which gives you a fair idea of where the night is headed: jokes and audience patter. This is his second time at the Pavilion, following a sold-out debut here, and it comes after his first UK tour.
The venue itself is one of the city's oldest. The Pavilion Theatre stands at the top of Renfield Street in the north of Glasgow city centre, and it opened on 29 February 1904 as the Pavilion Theatre of Varieties, a music hall. It's a category A listed building with a French Renaissance terracotta frontage and Rococo plasterwork inside. It was relaunched in 2007 as the Scottish National Theatre of Variety and bought by Trafalgar Entertainment Group in 2023.

Tickets start from £34.50, and the show runs for about ninety minutes with a fifteen-minute break in the middle. With a guest opener and Mitchell himself taking the stage, it's a full evening of comedy in the heart of the city.
