Free hands-on LEGO workshop where visitors build a personalised festive gift in a factory-style setting, with no booking required.
The LEGO Giftmas Workshop is coming to Bridge Gardens at 60 Washington Street, Glasgow, G3 8AZ, from Thursday 26 November to Sunday 29 November. It's a free, hands-on gift-making experience set inside a LEGO gift-making factory, and it's open to everyone—no tickets or advance bookings needed, so you just turn up and take your place in the queue.
Once you're in, you move through a series of zones. It starts at the Expressory Engine, which suggests a personalised build based on questions about the person you're making the gift for. From there, you head to the Brick Works to collect your bricks and put your creation together, and then to the Magical Build Belt, where the build is brought to life brick by brick. The Giftmas Wraporium is where you wrap it up, and the Memory Maker is a festive photo station to capture the moment. Finally, you hit the Departure Bay, where a surprise festive treat is waiting for you. The whole session takes about 35 to 45 minutes.
If you're looking for a quieter time, there are daily quieter hours and accessibility-prioritised sessions from 10am to 11am and 6pm to 7pm. The Glasgow stop is part of a wider UK tour that also visits London and Manchester.
