Scottish comedian Joe Wells explores fatherhood through the lens of neurodiversity in his new comedy show.
Joe Wells brings his new show Daddy Autism to The Stand Comedy Club on Sunday 1 November, one stop on a UK tour that takes him across the country. The Glasgow date falls on a Sunday evening, with the show starting at 20:00.
In Daddy Autism, Wells looks at fatherhood through the lens of neurodiversity. It's a new piece of work that puts his own experience of being an autistic father at the centre, and the title tells you exactly where the focus lies. He's a Scottish comedian, and this is a Scottish show, so the Glasgow date is a homecoming of sorts on a tour that's visiting rooms all over the UK.
The Stand Comedy Club is on Great Western Road, at 420 Great Western Road, Glasgow, G49HZ. It's one of the city's established comedy rooms, and this is a full show rather than a short set on a mixed bill. Wells is the sole name on the poster, so the whole night is his.
