The hit comedy horror musical about a hen night from hell returns to Glasgow, blending hilarious lyrics with spine-tingling surprises.
Hen Night Horror returns to the Pavilion Theatre from Thursday 29 to Saturday 31 October, a three-night run that puts the comedy horror musical back in Glasgow for the Halloween weekend. It's an original show that works on the contrast between screaming with laughter and spine-tingling surprises, and the plot kicks off when a bride's bridesmaids declare war on each other.
On stage this time, Dani Heron plays Lydia, and Hannah Howie takes on a double role as Donna and the bride-to-be Amanda, with Jennifer Neil also playing Amanda. Alan Orr is Mr Jefferies and Matthew McKenna is PC Walters. The show has picked up a fair bit of praise along the way, including a five-star review from Theatre Scotland that pointed to the hilarious lyrics and great melodies, and another five-star review from Broadway World that called it genuinely wonderful theatre.

One thing to keep in mind before you book: it's recommended for ages 16 and over, with adult humour and strong language throughout, so it's probably one for the grown-ups rather than a family outing. If that suits, you've got a few options to fit it in: Thursday and Friday both start at 7.30pm, and Saturday has a 3pm matinee followed by a 7.30pm evening show. The Pavilion is at 121 Renfield Street, Glasgow G2 3AX.
