Festive celebration with pop anthems, Christmas magic and glitter returning to SWG3, featuring glitter makeovers, pop-star selfie spots and delicious treats.
GirlyPop Live returns to SWG3 on Sunday 6 December for its Magical Christmas Indoor Festival, a pop-focused day that runs from midday. It's a family-friendly one, so if you've got younger ones to keep busy over the festive break, this is a good shout.
The music comes from a string of tribute performances celebrating the audience's favourite pop queens, mixed in with Christmas hits and high energy. It's a pop-party format that's toured iconic venues across the country, and this Glasgow date brings it to the Galvanizers space at SWG3. The whole thing is put on by Live Republic, who describe it as the UK's ultimate pop-party phenomenon for young music lovers.
There's more to it than just the stage, though. The day includes glitter makeovers, pop-star selfie spots, bubbles, confetti and a host of treats to keep the energy up between sets. It's built for ages five and over, so it works as a day out for kids and their families. If you're bringing under-16s, they'll need an adult aged 18 or over with them, and one adult can look after up to two children.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in Glasgow and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.
