Pioneering British rapper Dizzee Rascal performs live at the O2 Academy Glasgow on his We Want Bass 2026 UK Tour.
Dizzee Rascal plays the O2 Academy Glasgow on Monday 2 November, one stop on his We Want Bass 2026 UK Tour. He's a British rapper, producer and songwriter, and this is the Glasgow date of a run that also takes in Leeds, Aberdeen, Leicester, Oxford and Bournemouth.
He's known for a conversational, clipped flow that toggles between menace and mischief, raw diarist lyrics and festival-sized hooks. That's the sound he's bringing to the O2 Academy, and it's the same one that's carried him from the grime scene through to the charts. The tour title, We Want Bass, points to where the night is heading: the low end of the speakers and the dancefloor rather than a seated affair. It's a headline show, so it's Dizzee on his own.

Doors open at 19:00, and the curfew is 23:00, which gives the night plenty of room to breathe. One thing to keep in mind before you book: the show is for ages 16 and over, so it's not one for the younger crowd. If you're planning to head along, the O2 Academy is right in the city centre, and the Monday date means you'll be there mid-week rather than fighting the weekend crowds. Tickets are available through the venue and Live Nation.
