Stand-up comedy night with Chris Ramsey, bringing his trademark stand-up to The Pavilion Theatre.
Chris Ramsey brings his stand-up show Here, Man! to The Pavilion Theatre on Sunday 25 October, part of a limited run of extra dates added this autumn after a spring tour. The show is Ramsey's own writing, and it draws on the kind of material he can't say on his podcast.
If you're not familiar with the podcast, he co-hosts Shagged.Married.Annoyed with his wife Rosie Ramsey, a weekly look at marriage. Here, Man! takes the things that don't fit there and puts them on stage instead.
Ramsey is a Geordie stand-up from Gateshead who first appeared on the comedy circuit in 2007. He built his following through observational sketch comedy and a string of panel show appearances, including 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown and Celebrity Juice, as well as stand-up on Russell Howard's Good News and Live At The Apollo. He also acted in the BBC Two sitcom Hebburn, and has appeared on Strictly Come Dancing and Taskmaster. He's presented Children in Need as well.
