Over-18s theatrical magic show by award-winning magician Ash Pryce that conjures the dead for Halloween at The Banshee Labyrinth.
The Hallowe'en Seance runs at The Banshee Labyrinth on Saturday 31 October, with award-winning magician Ash Pryce taking the lead. It's a theatrical magic show that conjures the dead for Halloween night, and it's set in a venue billed as Scotland's most haunted pub, so the whole thing leans into the spooky atmosphere of the place. Pryce does a series of magical demonstrations that play on that haunted vibe, and the seance theme runs through the set.
It's part of a wider run of Halloween events at the Labyrinth, so if you're in the mood for more than one night, there's other stuff to choose from. Pryce also performs Spook Show: Magic That Goes Bump In the Night, and there's Cabaret Occult, hosted by Freak The Clown. You could easily string a few of these together if you're making a proper Halloween weekend of it.

There are a few practical things to keep in mind before you book. The show is strictly for over-18s, so it's not one for the kids. Photography is allowed, but flash and video recording are out. The performance space also has no step-free access, which is worth knowing if that's a factor for you. The seance itself runs from 8:30pm to 9:30pm on Saturday 31 October at The Banshee Labyrinth, 29-35 Niddry Street, Edinburgh EH1 1LG, and tickets are £13.33.
