Sound healing ceremony led by Nadia Marie of Sacred Bloom Collective, with ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening ritual, an oracle card pull, a guided meditation and a sound bath.
Nadia Marie is hosting a cacao and sound healing ceremony at Lunasecret on Saturday 21 November, from 7pm to 8:30pm. It's framed as a women's circle, a safe and supportive space for authentic sharing, and it runs for an hour and a half.
The evening centres on ceremonial cacao, which Nadia describes as a plant ally used in ritual for centuries to support healing, creativity and connection. The session starts with an introduction to ceremonial cacao, followed by a heart-opening ritual and an oracle card pull. From there, it moves into a guided meditation and a sound bath with crystal alchemy singing bowls, with an optional women's circle to follow. It's the kind of thing that fits right into Edinburgh's sound bath scene: a quiet escape combining soothing music with the vibrations of bowls, gongs or tuning forks, usually held in basement clubs, pub function rooms or arts centres and drawing mindfulness practitioners, yoga enthusiasts and people new to alternative wellness.
