Community writing group for queer, trans and intersex people of colour aged 16 and over to meet fellow QTIPOC writers and develop their stories.
The QTIPOC Writers Group meets again at LGBT Health and Wellbeing on Tuesday 27 October, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. It's a community-led space in Edinburgh for queer, trans and intersex people of colour aged 16 and over to meet fellow QTIPOC writers and develop their own stories. The group welcomes the full diversity of the LGBTQIA+ community, including non-binary, queer, intersex and asexual identities.
It's run with support from LGBT Health and Wellbeing, and there's no advance registration needed: you just drop in between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. If you're not around for this one, the next session is on Tuesday 24 November, as the group meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month.

The venue is at 4 Duncan Place, EH6 8HW, and it's set up to be accessible: there's wheelchair access, disabled parking, and accessible, gender-neutral toilets. They also work to a safer spaces commitment, so it's a welcoming environment to bring your writing to. It's free to attend, and since it's a drop-in, you can come and go as you need within the two hours.
