A fast-paced, hilarious new musical about the secret mission that won World War II, set in 1943.
Operation Mincemeat opens at the Kings Theatre on Monday 2 November, 7.30pm. It's a new musical that's already made a name for itself in London, where it picked up the 2024 Olivier Award for Best New Musical and ran as one of the West End's biggest hits, with 88 five-star reviews behind it.
The story is set in 1943 and follows a true secret mission from the Second World War. It's a chaotic, fast-paced, and funny tale that brings together a dead body, a fake love letter, and Ian Fleming to wrong-foot Hitler. The show is described as Singin' in the Rain meets Strangers on a Train, so it's a musical with a bit of a twist to it.
