Live Jazz Trio

Browns Jazz Trio are back at Browns Brasserie & Bar on Friday 16 October, the first of a run that keeps them in the New Town well into December. It's a weekly thing: they play every Friday evening from 7pm, so if you can't make this one, there's another the following week.

The trio is the venue's own resident act, and they've got a long stretch of dates lined up. After the 16th, they're on 23 and 30 October, then they carry through November with 6, 13, 20, and 27. They keep going into December, too, with 4, 11, and 18. That's ten Fridays in a row, so it's less of a one-off gig and more of a regular fixture you can drop into whenever you fancy.

The setup is straightforward: the trio plays while you eat and drink. Browns Brasserie & Bar is at 131-133 George Street, right in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town, and the music runs alongside their usual menu of dishes and cocktails. It's the kind of thing you can settle into for the evening, with the jazz as the backdrop to dinner and drinks.
