Dance spectacular by South African Strictly Come Dancing star Johannes Radebe, part of his 2027 UK and Ireland tour.
Johannes Radebe brings his dance show Finally Home to the Edinburgh Playhouse on Saturday 1 May 2027, as part of the production's UK and Ireland tour. Most of us know him as 'JoJo' from Strictly Come Dancing, the South African dancer who first made his mark on the British public through the show's South African edition, where he was a two-time finalist, before joining the UK version in 2018. He became one of the main professional partners in 2019 and grew into a fan favourite over the years.
Finally Home is built around choreography, vocals and costumes, with a musical range that runs from ballroom standards and South African rhythms to the biggest pop anthems. It's a dance show through and through, so the dancing takes centre stage rather than a narrative plot. The Edinburgh date is one stop on a wider 2027 tour across the UK and Ireland, and it's the first time the show will be playing the Playhouse.
It's worth noting that 2026 was a big year for Radebe. He became a British citizen, made his West End debut, and was named presenter of Strictly Come Dancing — so this tour comes at a time when he's stepped well beyond the dance floor and into the spotlight as a presenter. Finally Home brings him back to the dancing that first put him on the map.
