Jake Bugg returns to his folk and country roots with his new album 'Alamo' on an intimate UK and European tour.
Jake Bugg plays The Queen's Hall on Thursday 11 February 2027, starting at 8:00 PM. It's part of an intimate UK and European tour around his new album, Alamo.
If you've followed him since the start, you'll remember how he came through. His self-titled debut entered the UK charts at number one back in 2012 when he was only 18 — the youngest British male artist ever to do it. That record went double platinum and was shortlisted for the Mercury Prize, and he's put out three more Top 10 albums since. Now 32, he describes this latest work as a long-delayed self-reckoning, a return to the folk-leaning roots he started with.
Alamo is an 11-track album built on pure, lush country music arrangements. The lead single, 'Never Can Tell', came out in November, so by the time he reaches Edinburgh in February, the record will have been out for a few months. The tour itself is billed as an intimate one, and the set will be built around this new material.
