Handsome Jack

Handsome Jack play Cabaret Voltaire on Saturday 21 November, one stop on their European tour. They're American roots-rockers, and this is their Edinburgh date on a run that takes them across the continent.

Roots-rock is a broad enough term to cover a fair bit of ground, but it puts them in the company of the guitar-led, song-focused side of things. If you've got a soft spot for that sound, this is exactly where they sit. The tour is a European one, so they'll be playing this and a handful of other cities over the coming weeks, with Edinburgh being one of the stops on the way.

It's not just them on the bill, either. The night includes special guests opening for them, so there's more than one act to see. If you're heading down, you'll get a full evening of live music rather than just a single set.

Cabaret Voltaire is at 36 Blair Street, EH11QR, and doors open at 19:00. General admission standing is £22.00 including fees, with the special guests playing before Handsome Jack take the stage.
