The Transatlantic Ensemble plays Fleetwood Mac's 'Rumours' album in its entirety, plus other classics, recreating the original recordings.
The Transatlantic Ensemble are back at The Queen's Hall on Friday 18 December, with Fleetwood Mac's Rumours as the centrepiece. They'll play the album in its entirety, and then add a selection of the band's other best-known classics on top. The whole thing is staged to recreate the original recordings as lovingly and accurately as possible, so it's the full album run through, not just a few highlights.
It's a show that's built a following of its own in Edinburgh. They describe it as close to witnessing a young Fleetwood Mac in their absolute prime, and it's become an annual city tradition: they played it here from 26 to 28 August this year, and it follows sell-out performances in 2024 and back-to-back sell-outs at the Fringe in 2025. This December date was added by popular demand, so if you missed the summer run, there's a second chance.
