Cosy wreath-making session run by Ribbons & Rose, with all materials and refreshments provided, for beginners to experienced makers.
Ribbons & Rose are running a festive wreath making workshop at Tribe Porty on Saturday 5 December, from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm. It's a morning session rather than an evening one, so you'll be home with your wreath long before the day is out.
The session is pitched as a cosy, creative morning for anyone from complete beginners to experienced makers, and it's run as a step-by-step guide. You'll start by filling a wire basket with the garden's favourite seasonal plants, berries, ribbons and decorative finishing touches, and then add your own final flourishes to make it your own. All the materials are provided, so there's nothing to bring but yourself.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in Edinburgh and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.

Ribbons & Rose describe the setting as relaxed and sociable, with hot drinks, cakes and pastries on the table to keep you going while you work. You'll take home your handcrafted wreath to hang on your door for the holidays, and the whole thing is limited to 12 guests, which keeps it small and manageable rather than a crowded room. It's £45 per person, and the session runs from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm at Tribe Porty, 19 Windsor Place, Edinburgh EH15 2AJ.
