Cosmic Journey: Lemuria, Atlantis & Ancient Civilisations

Adeline-Izza is hosting Cosmic Journey: Lemuria, Atlantis & Ancient Civilisations at The Salisbury Centre on Saturday 28 November, an afternoon session that runs from 2:00pm to 6:30pm. It's a guided exploration of ancient wisdom, soul memory and forgotten worlds, and the whole thing is built around the idea of looking into your own inner experience of Lemuria, Atlantis or another ancient civilisation.

There's a fair bit to it over the course of the four and a half hours. It works through meditation, Kundalini awakening practice, hypnotic journeying and live psychic channeling, with astrology and channelled meditation guiding the way. The hypnotic journey sits at the heart of the session, and there's space afterwards to ground and connect over refreshments. You don't need any prior experience with Kundalini Yoga, meditation, hypnosis, astrology or channeling to take part.

One detail to keep in mind: booking closes 48 hours ahead, which Adeline-Izza says is to allow time to prepare each participant's astrology report. Places are limited, so if you're keen, it's worth getting your name in early rather than leaving it to the last minute.
