Cook book launch and signed copy sale with a five-course set menu by chef Teddy Lee at Maki & Ramen.
Chef Teddy Lee is bringing his cook book tour to Maki & Ramen on Friday 13 November, where he'll be celebrating the launch of The Maki & Ramen Cook Book. It's a dinner and a signing in one, so you'll get to eat the food and then get your copy signed on the night.
The meal itself is a five-course set menu, and the draw here is that Teddy Lee is in the kitchen preparing it himself. He's a professional chef, and the menu includes new and exclusive dishes that aren't on the usual list. There's a welcome drink of Prosecco or Nosecco to start the evening, and the meal runs for two hours, so it's a proper sit-down rather than a quick bite. Meat and halal options sit alongside vegan and veggie alternatives, though the menu isn't suitable for complex dietary requirements or gluten allergies.
Beyond the food, the night is built around the book. The Maki & Ramen Cook Book is the reason for the tour, and you can buy a copy there to have signed.
