Sparkling wine and artisan food festival with tastings from producers across the world, presented as the best way to kick off the Festive Season.
Fizz Feast returns to The Edinburgh Academy on Henderson Row for its tenth year, running across Friday 27 and Saturday 28 November. It's one of Wine Events Scotland's annual festivals, alongside the 100 Best Australian Wines Festival curated by Matthew Jukes and Edinburgh Uncorked featuring Rebecca Gibb MW.
Inside, the event is spread over two halls. You'll find Champagne and sparkling wines from all over the world to taste, with an array of foods from artisan producers alongside them. The producers and the experts who work with them are there on the day, so you can talk to the people behind the bottles rather than just reading the labels. It's billed as 'Scotland's Sparkling Event of the Year', and with ten years behind it, it's a bit of a fixture in the city's wine calendar.
There's a festive angle to it, too. It's presented as a way to kick off the Christmas season and as a Christmas shopping experience, with offers you can pick up on the day. If you're looking to sort your holiday bottles early, it's a decent place to do it.

It runs over two days with three separate sessions. Friday 27 November is 7-9pm, and Saturday 28 November has two slots: 12-3pm and 4-7pm. The Friday session was £25 and is now sold out, so you're looking at Saturday: 12-3pm is £32 and 4-7pm is £35. Both are at The Edinburgh Academy, 48 Henderson Row, EH3 5BL.
