Hands-on Beef Wellington masterclass led by Bread Street Kitchen's expert chefs, with lunch for two.
Bread Street Kitchen is running a Beef Wellington masterclass on Tuesday 27 October, a hands-on session where you spend the morning learning how to make the classic British dish. It's led by the restaurant's own chefs, who walk you through the whole process from start to finish, so you'll leave knowing exactly how to put it together yourself. Once the class is done, you sit down for lunch for two, so you get to eat what you've spent the session preparing.
It's worth knowing a bit about the place first. Bread Street Kitchen & Bar is Gordon Ramsay's Edinburgh restaurant, and it leans quite heavily into his Scottish roots. The masterclass is just one part of what they do there; they also run an Afternoon Tea and a 'From The Ground Up' menu built around regional produce. There's a dedicated Beef Wellington Experience as well, and a Ramsay's Sunday Roast served on a full table of locally sourced beef, chicken and pork with vegetables straight from Scottish soil. The masterclass fits right into that, taking a dish Ramsay is known for and letting you get stuck in yourself.
