Paint and Sip: Love Beyond The Grave

Pinot's Palette is hosting Love Beyond The Grave on Monday, October 26, from 7 PM to 9 PM at their Short North studio, 691 North High Street, Suite 101. It's part of their 'MONDAY MADNESS!' Halloween series, and the theme is described as "a little spooky, a lot of sweet": you'll paint your own hauntingly cute ghostly lovebirds. The room is set up to work for first-timers and experienced artists alike, with upbeat music playing in the background.

If you want to leave with more than just a painting, there's a DIY candle add-on for $25. It lets you pour your own all-natural soy candle, so you walk out with both your artwork and a custom candle. The studio also runs a full bar and serves Starving Artist cheese plates and snacks, so you can sip and snack while you work. Outside beverages aren't permitted, and since the class starts after 5 PM, guests under 13 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Pinot's Palette studios are owned and operated by local small-business owners, a model the company says empowers entrepreneurs and enriches communities with creative entertainment. The Short North location sits in the heart of the district and also offers Little Brushes painting events for kids ages 5 to 12. The cost for Love Beyond The Grave is $35 per guest.
