Themed night for the tabletop RPG Dungeon Crawler Carl with trivia, a costume contest, Monster Baby Donuts and a book pop-up at the Land-Grant Beer Garden.
Land-Grant Beer Garden is hosting a Dungeon Crawler Carl Night on Wednesday, October 21, from 6 PM to 9 PM. It's a night dedicated to the tabletop RPG based on the Dungeon Crawler Carl series, held outdoors at the garden on the brewery's Franklinton campus at 424 W. Town St. in Columbus.
The evening centers on a round of Dungeon Crawler Carl trivia, with a costume contest on the side that comes with prizes. If you've got a costume that fits the world, this is the night to wear it. There's also a pop-up from The Whispering Page Bookstore, so you can pick up books while you're there.
On the food and drink side, Monster Baby Donuts will be serving up donuts throughout the night. The bar is running two specials for the occasion: a limited-edition 'Mango is Appalled!' Mango Habanero IPA, and a Dirty Shirley specialty cocktail. If you're not in the mood for a cocktail, the IPA is the one that ties back to the theme.
