Watch party for a Columbus Crew match at Land-Grant Brewing, with audio across the taproom, the Extension and the Beer Garden Big Screen.
Land-Grant Brewing Company is hosting another Crew Matchday watch party on Sunday, October 18, from 7 PM to 9 PM at their Franklinton Campus. They've made a name for themselves as the unofficial Columbus Crew HQ, and they're leaning into that for this one: they'll have the match on with audio across the taproom, the Land-Grant Extension, and the Beer Garden Big Screen, weather permitting. If you're not in the mood for a crowd, you've got a few different spots within the same campus to settle into.
Food trucks will be on site, and the brewery runs match-day specials to go with the game. It's the kind of setup where you can grab a drink and a bite and just hang out for the full ninety minutes without having to move around. The Franklinton Campus is at 424 W. Town St., and since they're showing the game in multiple areas, you can usually find a spot that fits your pace, whether you want to be right in the thick of it or a bit further back.
One of the best parts about Land-Grant is how close it is to the action. The brewery sits about two miles from Lower.com Field, and they partner with Trolley Pub to run free rides to the stadium for home matches. Those rides are first come, first served and one-way only, so if you're planning to head over, it pays to get there early. You're also welcome to bring your own beer, cider, or wine on the trolley, which is a nice touch if you've already got your favorites ready to go.
