Costume and Candy Crawl

ECHO Realty is hosting the Costume and Candy Crawl at Kingsdale Shopping Center on Thursday, October 22, from 4 PM to 6:30 PM. It's a free, family-friendly Halloween event open to children aged 12 and under with adult supervision. No tickets are needed, so you can just show up with the kids in their costumes.

Everyone starts on the green, where you'll register and pick up a trick-or-treat bag. From there, you follow a route through the shopping center, stopping at different spots along the way to collect candy. It's a low-pressure way to get the kids out in their costumes a few days before Halloween, and since it's all within the center, you aren't walking the neighborhood in the dark.

Beyond the candy, there are face painters and balloon artists stationed along the route to keep things going between stops. The whole thing is geared toward families, and the organizers encourage you to RSVP on the event's Facebook page if you're planning to come. It's a simple afternoon: costumes, candy, and a few extra treats for the kids, all in one spot.

It runs from 4 PM to 6:30 PM at Kingsdale Shopping Center, 3061 Kingsdale Center, Columbus, OH, and it's free.
