2026 OTEC Conference & Expo

The 2026 OTEC Conference & Expo is coming to the Greater Columbus Convention Center on Monday, October 19. It's a professional gathering that brings together the OTEC community for a day of sessions and exhibits right in the heart of downtown.

If you haven't spent much time there, the Greater Columbus Convention Center is a massive facility at 400 N High St, built to handle events of all sizes. It covers 1.8 million square feet of flexible space, with 373,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit area, 74 meeting rooms, and three ballrooms that total 114,000 square feet. The venue is connected to four hotels, including the 1,000-room Hilton Columbus Downtown, so if you're coming from out of town, you can stay within a few steps of the floor. Inside, there's an indoor hydroponic garden, a variety of dining options, and central Ohio's largest contemporary art collection, which features the iconic As We Are sculpture.

The conference itself is the main draw, with the expo running alongside it. It's a single-day event on Monday, October 19, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, 400 N High St, Columbus, OH 43215.
