2026 OTEC Conference & Expo

The 2026 OTEC Conference & Expo takes over the Greater Columbus Convention Center from October 26 through October 31, 2026. It's a multi-day event, so the dates and times vary across the week—you'll want to check the organizer's official schedule to see which days and sessions fit your calendar.

If you're not familiar with the venue, the Greater Columbus Convention Center is right in the heart of downtown. It's a massive space, with 1.8 million square feet of flexible room to work with, including 373,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit space, 74 meeting rooms, and three ballrooms that total 114,000 square feet. It's built to handle events of almost any scale, so it can easily accommodate a conference and expo of this size.

One of the most convenient things about the center is that it's connected to four hotels, including the 1,000-room Hilton Columbus Downtown, which makes it easy to stay on-site if you're coming from out of town. There are also on-site amenities to keep you going between sessions: an indoor hydroponic garden, a variety of dining options, and central Ohio's largest contemporary art collection, with the As We Are sculpture as its centerpiece.

The conference runs from Monday, October 26, through Friday, October 31, with dates and times varying by session. Check the official schedule for the full lineup.
