10 for $20 Tasting

Wine on High is hosting a 10 for $20 Tasting on Wednesday, November 25, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. For $20, you get to taste ten different wines, all of which are available to buy and take home. The selection is picked to suit the season, so it's a good way to sample a range of bottles in one go and figure out what you actually like before you commit to a full bottle.

The tasting is part of Wine on High's 'Wine Wednesday' series, a mid-week gathering at the Short North wine bar and retail shop. The space itself is sophisticated, selling wine and craft beer, with a loft bar that serves flights and small plates. The staff there is known for hand-picking bottles for the wine lover and the novice alike, so you don't need to be an expert to get something out of the night. If you find a few you really like, you can buy them right there and walk out with them.

Wine on High does more than just these tastings, too. They run regular events like 'Flights & Fortunes,' which pairs wine flights with tarot readings from Ravensong.
