A Halloween-themed night with immersive production, live performers and music transforming the venue into a world apart.
Living Dead Festival takes over Tramshed on Saturday 31 October, with the night kicking off at 10pm. It's a Halloween special, so it falls right on the date, and it's built around live music across Cardiff.
Rather than just a line-up of bands on a stage, the festival is set up as an immersive production. The organisers describe it as a night where twisted spaces, live performers and huge music take over, transforming the venue into a world apart after dark for one Halloween edition. That's the core of it: the music is the main draw, but the production around it is meant to be just as much a part of the experience. It's a late start, too, with things getting underway at 10pm, so it's more of a proper night out than a standard gig.

Tramshed is on Clare Road, CF11 6QP, and tickets start from £20.07. If you're planning to head in, it's worth keeping in mind that the whole thing is built around the Halloween date, so it's a one-night affair rather than a multi-day festival. The 10pm start means it's a late one, so you'll want to sort your transport and your costume well in advance.
