Free creative walk through Mill Road Cemetery with prompts from the Cambridge Songwriters Collective, finishing at the nearby café Hot Numbers.
The Cambridge Songwriters Collective are taking their next creative walk to Mill Road Cemetery on Sunday 1 November, from 11am to 1pm. It's part of their monthly series of walks across the city, which are built around slowing down and noticing the things we usually walk past without a second thought.
Before the walk, everyone gets an email with a few creative prompts tied to the month's theme. You can work through them at your own pace as you go, or share what you're finding with the group. There's no set way to do it, and no experience needed — it's open to anyone who enjoys songwriting, writing, drawing, photography or poetry, as well as people who just want to get out and meet new people. The collective frames the whole series around creativity, curiosity and connection, and the walk finishes at Hot Numbers, the café just down the road, for coffee and conversation.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in Cambridge and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.
