Comedy sketch show that makes pantomime naughtier and sillier, with audience interaction and monologues, ahead of the Footlights Cinderella panto.
Samuel McGuinness brings Behind You! to the ADC Theatre this November, with shows running Wednesday 11, Thursday 12 and Friday 13. It's a comedy sketch show that takes the mickey out of everything panto, dragging fairytale nonsense into the most boring corners of real life. The set is packed with audience interaction, awkward fourth-wall breaks, hilarious monologues and happy endings that go slightly wrong.
It leans into the things people love about pantomime — the larger-than-life characters and plenty of audience participation — and pushes them to be naughtier, weirder, more awkward and sillier. It's billed as a playful celebration of panto magic, and it's designed to build excitement for the CUADC/Footlights Pantomime, Cinderella.
The venue itself is a Cambridge institution. The ADC Theatre is Britain's oldest university playhouse, run almost entirely by students with no faculty involvement. Plays have been staged there since 1855, when the Cambridge University Amateur Dramatic Club was founded in the back room of the Hoop Inn, almost exactly where the theatre stands today.

Each show runs for 60 minutes and starts at 11:00pm on the 11th, 12th and 13th of November, so it's a late one. Tickets are £5-£7.
