A joyful outdoor yoga session on Brighton Beach with eight local teachers, raising funds for the Brighton Natural Health Foundation.
Yoga on the Beach returns to the Brighton seafront on Sunday 12 July, running from 11 am to 5 pm. It's an annual outdoor yoga event on Brighton Beach, and this year it's part of the Yoga and Massage on The Beach collection.
The day brings together eight yoga teachers from local studios, who'll be leading a session of movement, community and connection by the sea. It's an outdoor class, so you'll be practicing with the seafront as your backdrop rather than inside a studio.
There's a charitable side to it, too. The event raises money for the Brighton Natural Health Foundation, a local charity that provides yoga and wellness classes to people who would otherwise be unable to access them. So, whatever you put in goes toward keeping those classes running for people in the community.
