A painting workshop where participants paint a rainbow-splattered tree at The Railway Inn.
The Paint Club is back at The Railway Inn on Tuesday 27 October, for another one of their painting workshops. This time around, the subject is the rainbow-splattered tree, a crowd favourite from the venue's own imagery. If you've been to one of these before, you'll know the format: they guide you through the piece step by step, so you end up with your own version of the original.
That's the thing about these sessions — they're designed for you to follow along rather than just being left to your own devices. The rainbow-splattered tree is one of the venue's own images, and it's a popular one, so it's a good starting point if you're not sure where to begin. You'll be working your way through the painting over the course of the evening, with the guidance keeping things on track as you go.

It's a two-hour session, running from 19:00 to 21:00, which gives you plenty of time to get into it without feeling rushed. You'll be painting at The Railway Inn, which is at 2 Station Road, BN4 1GA — right by the station, so it's easy enough to get to whether you're coming from the centre or from further out. A standard ticket is £33.00, and the whole thing fits into a single Tuesday evening, from 19:00 to 21:00.
