A charming, free Easter-themed nature trail for primary school-aged children at One Garden Brighton.
One Garden Brighton is hosting its Spring Trail from 28 March to 12 April 2026. The event is designed for primary school-aged children, providing a route through the walled garden where they can engage with the local wildlife and the outdoor environment. The trail is open daily between 09:30 and 17:00. While the activity is free to access, there is a suggested donation of £2 per child to support the site. The venue is situated within Stanmer Park on Lewes Road, Brighton, BN1 9SE, and the trail encourages children to explore the garden grounds while identifying various features of the natural landscape.

The programme includes several additional activities throughout the holiday period. On 1 April, there are craft sessions available for children aged 18 months to 11 years, priced at £10 per child or £8 for siblings, as well as a felt workshop for those aged 8 and over. Families can also attend 'Easter Tango Tots' on 2 April for £7, or 'Mini Music Makers' on 3, 4, and 6 April. Orange Purple Face Painting will be present on selected days to provide face painting services for those interested. These sessions are scheduled alongside the main trail to offer a variety of ways to spend time at the garden.
Food and entertainment options are also available during the event. Chef Kenny Tutt will be running a BBQ residency from 28 March until 12 April, and Tallow Street Food will be on-site during the Easter weekend. For those interested in live music, the Stamner Band is scheduled to perform on 4 and 6 April from 13:00 to 15:00. These additions provide a range of options for visitors spending time at the garden during the half-term break, allowing families to combine the outdoor trail with food and music if they choose to stay for the afternoon.
