Alchymis is hosting a Crystal Wand-Making Workshop on Thursday 3 September, where you'll spend the session crafting your own wire-wrapped wand from scratch. It's a hands-on one, so you'll be doing the work yourself rather than just watching a demo.
The process centres on wire-wrapping crystals, a technique where you secure a stone within a decorative cage of wire, and the candles come into play as part of the session. You'll be working with crystals and candles to build your wand, and you'll leave with the finished piece to take home. If you've never tried wire-wrapping before, it's a good place to pick it up, as the workshop is set up for you to work through the process from start to finish.
