Festive disco for children aged 2.5 to 8 with party games, dancing and costume prizes, hosted by Get Up and Groove.
The Littledown Christmas Disco is at the Littledown Centre on Monday 21 December, with three one-hour sessions running throughout the afternoon. It's aimed at children aged two-and-a-half to eight, so it's a proper little one's party rather than an all-ages affair. Get Up and Groove are hosting, and they've got the afternoon filled with party games, dancing, competitions and prizes for festive costumes, so if your kids are into dressing up, this is the one to get them into. It's an hour each, which is just about right for that age group before they run out of steam.
The disco is part of the wider 'Christmas in Bournemouth' programme, which turns the town centre into a festive destination for a few weeks. There's outdoor ice skating, illuminated gardens, wooden market chalets and family attractions stretching from The Square towards the seafront, so you can easily make a whole day of it and slot the disco in as one part of the trip.
