The Bournemouth International Film Festival kicks off its 2026 edition at the Palace Court Theatre on Thursday 30 July, with a launch night that's more than just a screening. The main feature is Ken Loach's Kes, the 1969 drama about a boy and his kestrel, and the evening doesn't end when the credits roll.
