Wing it Impro bring Gricers to MAC Birmingham on Thursday 5 November, as part of the Birmingham Improv Festival. It's a comedy night that fits right into the middle of the festival's run, which takes over the MAC from Wednesday 4 to Sunday 8 November.
If you're not familiar with the festival, it's a few days of improv comedy brought to the city, and the MAC is calling this its best and boldest line-up yet. They're pulling in teachers and performers from across the UK, Europe, and the USA, so it's not just a local affair — there's a fair bit of international improv landing in Birmingham over the course of the week.
Gricers is one of the shows in that mix, and it's presented by Wing it Impro. Since it's improv, the whole thing is made up on the spot, so what happens on the night is something you won't see anywhere else. It's part of a wider programme that runs from Wednesday through to Sunday, and if you're planning to see more than one thing, there's a festival pass that opens up four days of improv across the festival.

If you want to get in early, the whole thing kicks off on Wednesday 4 November with a free launch event called 'Pizza and Jam'. That's a good way to ease into it before the main shows get going. Gricers itself falls on the Thursday, so you've got plenty of the festival left around it if you're making a proper go of the week. The show is at MAC Birmingham on Thursday 5 November.
