Reformer Pilates session for women of all levels, followed by matcha and coffee, at The Reformer Studio.
Walk & Glow are taking over The Reformer Studio on Saturday 7 November for a Reformer Pilates session that's open to women at any stage of their practice. The whole point is to bring people together, so it's aimed at everyone from those who've never stepped foot on a reformer machine to the seasoned 'Pilates girls' who've been at it for years. It's a welcoming space to step outside your comfort zone, build a bit of confidence, and try something new alongside other women.
The session runs from 11:00 to 12:30, so you're looking at an hour and a half on the machines. The tagline they're working to is 'Move your body. Clear your mind. Glow every day.', which sums up the vibe: it's as much about the mental reset as it is about the movement. And it doesn't end when the class does — once the Pilates is over, the group gathers for matcha and coffee, so there's a proper social side to the morning rather than just rushing off as soon as you've finished.
