Trade show for the UK ice cream industry with equipment, ingredients, packaging and expert seminars, aimed at trade professionals.
The Ice Cream & Artisan Food Show returns to the NEC Campus, Hall 9 on 9 and 10 February 2027, run by The Ice Cream Alliance. It's the UK's only dedicated trade show for the ice cream industry, and it brings together the equipment, ingredients and packaging that go into the business, alongside point-of-sale ideas and a series of expert-led seminars.
The seminars are where the show gets into the actual running of a business. They cover the kind of things that keep an owner up at night: rising costs, changing consumer tastes and the search for reliable suppliers. It's not just about the product on the cone, but the numbers and the logistics behind it. Between the sessions, there's plenty of room to meet suppliers and network with others in the trade, so you can compare notes with people who are dealing with the same things you are.
It's aimed at ice cream trade professionals and anyone thinking of launching their own ice cream venture, so whether you're already running a shop or just starting to map one out, there's something here for you. The equipment and ingredients on display give you a look at what's current, and the seminars put that in the context of the wider market.
