The world's biggest cake decorating and baking event with live demonstrations, competitions, and shows.
Cake International and Bake International are back at the NEC Campus, Halls 9 and 10, running from Friday 6 to Sunday 8 November. It's billed as the biggest cake decorating and baking event in the world, and it's a big one: the halls will be packed with edibles, tools, storage and kits, alongside life-size feature cake displays that you'll spend a good chunk of your time just walking around.
The main draw is the world's biggest and most reputable cake competition, judged by elite figures from the industry. It's the kind of thing where you can see the standard the pros are working to, and if you're into the technical side of baking, it's the centrepiece of the whole weekend. Across the three days, there's plenty to watch as well: demonstrations from favourite artists and bakers in the demo theatres, and world-renowned sugar artists showing their work across two live stages. If you're there for the inspiration, those are the spots to hang around.
