Beginner-friendly Halloween dance class for women aged 18 and over, with '90s nostalgia and a focus on meeting and connecting with other women.
Space for Girls are back at FABRIC in Birmingham on Wednesday 21 October, with their October dance class running from 5:00 pm to 6:15 pm. It's a women-only session for ages 18 and over, and this one leans into Halloween with a heavy dose of '90s nostalgia. The whole thing is built around the Backstreet Boys' Everybody (Backstreet's Back), so expect a good bit of that particular brand of pop to set the tone.
Space for Girls is a group that brings women together and builds friendships through shared experiences, and this session turns dance into a social hour. They describe it as a beginner-friendly, judgement-free space for all abilities, where the chance to meet and connect with other women is as much the point as the dancing itself. It's less about getting the steps perfect and more about the room you're in.

Because it's a Halloween-themed one, they're encouraging everyone to turn up in something comfortable with a Halloween or '90s-inspired touch to their outfit. You don't need to go full costume, but a nod to the era or the season fits the mood. The class runs from 5:00 pm to 6:15 pm at FABRIC, and tickets are £14.30.
